For US Residents and US Citizens, we work closely with experts in the lending field, whose have a vast array of loan programs with little down payment, with rates starting at 5% depending on income and credit history.
Requirements:
- 2 latest tax returns in your home country and/or a letter from your Accountant certifying the income for the last 2 years.
- Visa to enter the country.
- Proof of funds where you have the money to make a down payment of starting at 30%.
